Junior Legal Counsel M/F / NB - Internship

Sony Music Entertainment is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel M/F / NB within its Legal Department for Diversification and Exploitation Business Affairs.

As part of your internship and under the responsibility of the legal teams of the Diversification and Exploitation Business Affairs Department, you will work on issues related to negotiations, contracts, and advice, including:

• Ensure the legal monitoring of synchronization requests submitted by third-party companies for film, TV series, advertising, video game projects, etc.
• Verify synchronization rights in artist and license agreements
• Obtain agreements from lawyers, managers, artists, producers for the implementation of synchronization requests,
• Draft and negotiate synchronization agreements,
• Ensure liaison with the company's various operational teams,
• Ensure administrative monitoring of contractual documents for the Diversification and Exploitation Department,
• Conduct legal watch and research,
• And generally, assist the legal teams of the Department.

Profile sought:

• You are in a 3rd cycle program specializing in private law/contract law/intellectual property law education.
• You are dynamic, organized, and autonomous.
• You have good interpersonal and writing skills.
• You are comfortable in English.

• Duration: 6 months (with mandatory internship agreement), full-time internship (35 hours/week)

Internship compensation:

• Legal minimum (€693 gross per month) + 50% reimbursement of transport costs + Restaurant vouchers
