The Prefectures, located in the chief towns of each district, deploy their activities in a multitude of areas at the regional level, offering local services, particularly in the areas of building permits, political rights, supervision of municipalities, public establishments, criminal proceedings, public events, and various authorizations.

Your missions
Appeals: monitoring, investigation, and autonomous processing of cases, drafting of draft decisions and observations to the Cantonal Court
Building permits and construction police: analysis and investigation of files, drafting of conditions and decisions on opposition, occasional drafting of minutes during meetings
Legal support: answering various legal questions, occasional processing of various files, particularly in criminal matters, political rights, various authorizations, video surveillance, or in connection with the maintenance of public order
Desired profile
Master's degree in law or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience, particularly in judicial matters
Proficiency in specific legislation regarding construction and knowledge of municipal and cantonal administrations
Very good writing skills
Proficiency in usual and specific computer tools
Perfect command of the French language
