For one of our Top-Mandanten, we are looking for a Technischer Property Manager (m/w/d) for the management of an overwhemingly gewerblich genutzten Immobilienbestands. The workplace is located in zentraler Lage in Hamburg and offers long-term perspectives in a stable market environment.

Our client is a renommiertes, europaweit tätiges Immobilienunternehmen, which manages residential and commercial properties with a clear focus on the dynamisch wachsenden Gesundheits- und Infrastruktursektor. In this future-proof market segment, the company takes a Vorreiterrolle and acts as a strategischer Partner institutioneller Investoren, who invest in sustainable and infrastructure projects.

The European real estate portfolio includes a volume of several billion euros. Only in Germany, the company now employs around 100 engaged employees – trend rising.

Aufgaben

• Technical management of predominantly commercial properties
• Responsible for planning and monitoring smaller maintenance, modernization, and renovation projects
• Preparation and monitoring of budgets
• Conducting tenders, obtaining offers and evaluating them, awarding contracts and supervising construction and acceptance
• Steering and monitoring the inputs of external service providers
• Responsibility for maintaining or ensuring compliance with legal requirements for technical building equipment
• Maintenance and warranty follow-up
• Steering of subcontractor services
• Collaboration with the commercial property management

Qualifikation

• Completed vocational training or completed studies with a technical focus or equivalent qualification
• You have at least several years of professional experience in the technical management of properties (commercial properties)
• You bring expertise in technical property management
• Experience in technical property management is necessary
• Secure computer skills (MS Word and MS Excel)
• You bring a certain willingness to travel for site visits
• You have good English language skills at best
