(Junior/Senior) 2nd LVL Support (m/w/d)

In this role, you will work eng with our Product Owners, the UX Team, as well as the Customer Success Team together and shape the active development of our software.

As a 2nd Level Support Specialist (m/w/d), you ensure that more complex customer inquiries are quickly and professionally resolved. You're more than just support: You understand technical connections, think in customer perspectives and bring your findings directly into our product development.

Aufgaben

This task awaits you at us:

• Technical Customer Support
  You analyze and resolve technical customer inquiries that could not be resolved by the first level.
• Interface to Development and UX
  You provide structured feedback to our Product Owners, UX Designers, and development teams and bring improvement suggestions directly into the product team.
• Tool Usage and Analysis
  You use tools like logs, monitoring, and database queries to identify and document error sources.
• Process Improvement
  You recognize recurring themes and work together with the Customer Success Team on sustainable solutions.
• Knowledge Management
  You actively develop our internal support documentation.

Qualifikation

Your background, which distinguishes you:

• You bring first-hand experience in technical support or a comparable IT-related environment with you.
• You have a good technical understanding, analyze systematically and can complex issues explain clearly.
• You work well across teams, are communicative, solution-oriented, and reliable.
• Ideal would be experience with REST APIs, logs, databases like MongoDB or cloud technologies like AWS.
• You don't have to master all technologies yet. If you bring the basics and want to learn, we'll teach you everything else.
• You possess very good German language skills (at least C1), English language skills are a plus.
• A study is not a must. If you bring technical know-how and motivation, we're also looking forward to you as a lateral entrant or lateral entrant.
