A-LEVEL is growing. And for that, we need you! As Headhunter/ Recruiter, you will take on a key position in our company, where you will lead our customers to success and place successful A-Players.

You are one of the first full-time employees in our still young recruitment agency. In this context, you are a key person for the build-up and further development of our company. You can expect an experienced founder who has already successfully built an agency with 40 employees and an experienced Head of Recruiting, with whom you can learn a lot.

What we do: A-LEVEL

We are one of the top addresses for companies in the online marketing and e-commerce industry when it comes to the topic of recruiting & headhunting.

You don't have to do 360-degree recruiting! All our recruitment orders are generated by the sales team, so you can focus entirely on placing candidates. Our customers are accessible, work with us on an equal footing, and pay in 4 out of 5 cases an advance payment.

Tasks

• SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT/HEADHUNTING OF CANDIDATES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS (80% through active sourcing and our internal candidate pool)
• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from initial contact with candidates to candidate management and contract negotiations
• Account management / customer success – ensuring customer satisfaction through reporting and customer management
• Optimization of recruitment processes and our service offering in collaboration with our Head of Recruiting
• No customer acquisition – you don't have to acquire recruitment orders, but can focus entirely on recruitment

Qualification

• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a similar position.
• At least 4 years of professional experience through internships, work-study jobs, or other jobs
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• You can demonstrate that you are resilient and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
• Verifiable successes in headhunting and candidate management.
• Professional appearance towards candidates and customers
• Safe handling of recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• You are willing to work occasionally on weekends - in return, you will receive a very attractive success commission
