Junior/Intermediate Construction Project Manager - Construction Industry

RPO Recruitment's client, a reputable and well established Construction Project Management Firm in the Western Cape is currently seeking a qualified, committed, and hardworking Junior/Intermediate Construction Project Manager who can join their growing team in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town as soon as possible. Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within specified budget and to the required quality standards. This includes but is not limited to: Project planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling; Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders; Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies; Maintaining accurate records and reports of project progress and performance; Providing regular updates to management and clients on project status. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field; 2-5 years' experience in construction project management; Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and techniques; Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
