Junior Workshop Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Junior Workshop Controller. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our workshop operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Evaluate the accuracy of data and information within the workshop environment. Capture daily activities, including but not limited to, production schedules, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance records. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in the data. Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and improve processes. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of workshop operations and procedures. Provide support to senior staff as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis software an asset.
