Job description

Have you (almost) finished your studies in Business Information Systems and now want to digitize real processes instead of just reading about them? Then we are looking for you as soon as possible as a Junior Business Information Systems Specialist (m/f/d) for our Business Development department.

You will work closely with our experienced colleagues, get to know our systems from the ground up, and gradually take on your own automation and digitization projects.

What does asensu GmbH do?

asensu GmbH is a specialized marketing agency that supports medium-sized companies in becoming more visible online and acquiring new customers and qualified employees in a predictable way. Our focus is particularly on companies in the kitchen and furniture retail as well as crafts sectors.

In addition to advertising campaigns, we ensure that our clients achieve higher margins through process optimization and automation. Around 100 companies throughout Germany trust us with this. Because we are continuing to grow, we are looking for reinforcements for our Business Development team.

What are your tasks as a Junior Business Information Systems Specialist (m/f/d)?

Initially, you will support ongoing projects: You will record workflows, document them, test automations, and maintain data structures. You will learn how our systems interact – from CRM to accounting to our communication channels.

As your experience grows, you will build your own workflows and integrations, take on smaller projects independently, and thus develop into a specialist for process automation.

Areas of Responsibility (after thorough onboarding):

  • Recording and documenting existing business processes

  • Assisting in the conception and implementation of automations (e.g., with n8n and Airtable)

  • Testing, monitoring, and maintaining ongoing workflows and interfaces

  • Maintaining databases and supporting the creation of reports and dashboards

  • Assisting with the introduction of new tools and IT systems

  • Creating instructions and training materials for our internal training platform

  • First point of contact for simple technical questions within the team

Salary: 3,300 Euros per month (gross)
Further development and advancement opportunities are available in the coming years.
The onboarding phase typically lasts 2–4 months.

We offer:

  • Secure Job: We want everyone on our team to work with us long-term. That's why 95% of our employees are permanently employed by the company.

  • Attractive Compensation & Career Opportunities: Our employees receive attractive salaries as well as opportunities for advancement and development. We are constantly growing, so we will need more experts and/or managers in the future.

  • Ideal Career Start: You will learn on real projects, with experienced colleagues by your side, and quickly take on your own responsibilities.

  • Clear, Structured Onboarding: You will go through a clear and structured onboarding phase with fixed procedures and processes. Through our digital training platform, you will have access to videos, step-by-step instructions, and checklists at any time.

  • Mobility Budget & Company Pension: We support you with a mobility budget for your commute and a high subsidy for your company pension.

  • Modern Office: Our modern office is located very close to Lietzensee in Berlin-Charlottenburg – with a rooftop terrace and a lounge area.

  • High-Quality Equipment: We work with high-quality work equipment such as height-adjustable desks, dual monitors, and Apple devices.

This is you:

  • Completed (or soon to be completed) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program

  • Initial practical experience, e.g., from internships, working student positions, or personal projects, is an advantage

  • Interest in process automation, no-code/low-code tools, and interfaces

  • High willingness to learn and curiosity about new methods and tools

  • Analytical, structured thinking and a feel for organizational processes

  • The ability to understand existing processes and actively contribute to their improvement

  • Careful and precise way of working

  • Good communication skills and teamwork ability

  • Quick learner and high level of discipline

  • Good ability to handle pressure
