Junior Web & Graphic Designer (Internship)

Who we are looking for We are looking for a Junior Web & Graphic Designer to join our team in Bologna. The ideal candidate is a proactive and creative person, with a passion for graphic design and web design. What you will do • Collaborate in the creation of graphic and web design projects, from concept to execution. • Create graphic materials for both print and digital (e.g., logos, brochures, social media posts). • Design and develop websites, landing pages and user interfaces. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings. • Collaborate with the team to ensure the consistency of the brand image. • Keep up-to-date with design trends and technologies. Requirements • Good knowledge of graphic design principles (layout, typography, color theory). • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS. • Knowledge of website design and user interface (UI) principles. • Proactivity, creativity and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Bonus points • Knowledge of other design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma). • Knowledge of Javascript. • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. • Knowledge of SEO principles.
