Junior Web Developer (m/w/d)

In our dynamic team, you design and implement exciting projects together with UX- and UI-designers, programmers, and marketers. As a Junior Web Developer, you have an eye on clean implementation, user-friendly web solutions, and new technologies.

To get started, we offer a 9-month training program to learn how to work professionally with AI and develop AI-based solutions. This means you won't just be working on classic web projects, but will also learn early on how AI can be meaningfully integrated into development, automation, and digital processes.

Tasks

• Conceptualization and development of responsive web applications – from the slim microsite to corporate websites and complex web portals
• Optimization and maintenance of existing projects
• Support for technical further development of individual customer solutions
• Internal coordination with colleagues from design, development, project management, and marketing
• Participation in AI-based workflows and digital products

Qualification

• Good foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• First knowledge of PHP and MySQL or a comparable technology
• Interest in web development, digital products, and AI
• A good sense for usability, quality, and clean implementation
• Learner's willingness, self-initiative, and joy in further developing your skills
• Educational background, study, first practical experience or own projects in web development – we don't care about the perfect CV, but whether you really have a passion for good digital work

Experience with WordPress, Laravel, JS, Shopware, Git, performance- or SEO-optimization is welcome, but not a requirement.
