Student or graduate in fields such as: IT, Telecommunications, Automation, Electronics, or similar
Basic knowledge of networks (IP, SIP – constitutes an advantage)
Real desire to learn and evolve
Analytical thinking and attention to details
Knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
Job Description
To analyze CDRs and identify quality problems
To monitor VoIP traffic in real-time
To learn how routing and route optimization work
To test routes and verify the quality of calls
To analyze logs to identify incidents
To manage and respond to technical tickets
To offer support to colleagues and clients, with team support
You will work alongside experienced colleagues who will guide you step by step.
