We are looking for you as

Junior Videographer & Motion Designer (m/w/d)

You bring ideas and brands to life, from the first concept over the shoot to the final post-production. The focus of your position lies on planning, execution, and editing of motion picture productions for campaigns, social content, brand films, and digital formats. Additionally, you develop motion graphics and animations that tell stories effectively. You combine a good sense of design, timing, and storytelling with technical know-how and work closely with creation and customer service.

Tasks

• You develop ideas, scripts, shotlists, storyboards, and motion picture concepts
• You plan, organize, and realize motion picture productions from the technical preparation and disposition to the implementation on set
• You lead smaller shoots independently and take over camera, lighting, and sound depending on scope and setup
• You review, structure, and edit video material for different channels and formats
• You take over post-production including color correction, audio editing, and final output
• You design and animate motion graphics, typography, graphics, and effects
• You combine image, music, and sound to consistent and target-oriented stories that fit the respective brand
• You accompany projects independently from briefing to final implementation and work closely with creation and customer service
• You present your ideas in the team, bring yourself into creative and technical questions, and organize project files and assets neatly and comprehensibly

Qualification

• Completed education or studies in the field of film, media design, image and sound, motion design, communication design, animation, or comparable
• First practical experience in planning, execution, and editing of film and content productions
• Experience with camera, lighting, and sound as well as a good technical understanding for shoots
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• A good sense of storytelling, image language, timing, typography, rhythm, and sound
• First experience in developing ideas, scripts, shotlists, and storyboards
• Extended basic knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• First experiences with the sensible use of generative AI tools for idea development, image generation, video workflows, text, and concept work
• A structured, reliable, and independent working style, even when fully organizing and implementing smaller shoots
• Communication skills, team spirit, and joy in creative exchange
• Interest in current design trends, technologies, and motion picture formats
• Good English knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Figma and first experiences with other relevant programs such as Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, Unreal Engine, Blender, Audition, or FL Studio and AI-supported creative tools are advantageous.
