(Junior) Videograph / Content Creator - Full-time

We are a rising social media agency from Papenburg. We help companies become visible in the digital space – not with 08/15 posts, but with strategy and high-quality video content. Currently, we are growing strongly and are looking for someone who can not only hold a camera, but tell visual stories.

Tasks

You will take on the visual lead in our productions. Our goal is to have our customers see you at the set because you know exactly how to set them up perfectly.

This is what we expect from you:

On Set: You plan and conduct filming at our clients' locations (Social Media Clips, Interviews, Event-Recaps).

Licht & Ton: You know that good lighting is more important than the most expensive camera. You set up sets independently.

Post-Production: You work closely with our editors or take over editing for short-form content (Reels/TikToks) on your own.

Concept: You bring in your own ideas for shots and visual trends.

Qualification

This is what you bring with you:

Experience: You have 1-2 years of professional experience (agency or freelance) and are confident in handling modern equipment (e.g. Sony Alpha series, FX3, Blackmagic, etc.).

The Eye: You have a sense for composition, framing, and aesthetics. Your portfolio proves it.
