Your Position

As (Junior) Video Creator / Videograph / Post-Production (m/w/d) in the Marketing Team at 1KOMMA5°, you are a creative head who loves visual trends and has a passion for stringent aesthetic demands. If the logo doesn't exactly sit on the right pixel or the colors aren't perfectly adjusted, it hurts you internally. You love telling stories visually and know that the world has more to offer than just high-gloss advertising – but rather lives from authenticity. Let's go viral together.

Your Tasks:

• Development of editing concepts and post-production for all types of moving image content that represent our brand
• Creation and editing of video content for Social Media, campaigns, and other marketing materials
• Faster scalability and filling material gaps through the use of AI tools, skilled prompting
• Collaboration on shaping the visual aesthetic of our videos and ensuring that it is consistently implemented
• Closely working with our Content Creation Team to develop storylines and concepts for video materials
• Collaboration with the Brand & Design Team to ensure compliance and optimization of the visual brand identity
• Support in planning and coordinating video shootings, including coordination with team members and location scouts

Your Profile

• You have a completed education or degree in the field of Digital- and Multimedia, Videography, Videoediting, or a comparable qualification – lateral entrants with a verifiable skillset are also warmly welcome!
• First professional experience in video production, particularly in editing and post-production
• Sound engineering and animation skills are desirable
• KI tools are no longer absent from your work routine
• Advanced knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects
• Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator is advantageous
• You work structured, independently, and proactively, and have a good sense for visual trends
• Lust on workflow design and ownership in innovative projects
