Role: Junior Vehicle Dynamics Engineer

Location: Balocco (VC).

What you will do:

• Development and analysis of vehicle dynamic performance;
• Optimization of component setups such as tires and suspensions;
• Track testing activities, monitoring and evaluating vehicle behavior in real conditions;
• Management of the development cycle related to vehicle dynamics;
• Analysis of data and results to increase performance;
• Preparation of reports and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, and/or similar;
• Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level);
• Driving license B.

Salary range:

The gross annual salary for this role is between 25,000 EUR and 28,000 EUR.

The positioning within the range will be defined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and predefined criteria. In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be considered subject to internal approval. The position is classified within the scope of the CCNL for Commerce and Tertiary sector applied by ALTEN.

The role includes the application of information security principles and compliance with company policies. It involves the secure management of credentials and tools, recognition of threats such as phishing, and reporting of any incidents. Training is provided to support these activities.
