(Junior) UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

Imagine it's your first day as a (Junior) UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) at ABRIO. You will be warmly welcomed by a motivated and creative team. You'll quickly realize: Here you can expand your design skills step by step. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, implement tasks independently, and contribute your ideas from the initial concept to the clickable prototype. At the same time, you will have contact with our clients – from startups to DAX-listed corporations – and learn to confidently translate trends and best practices into convincing interfaces.

WHAT AWAITS YOU

• UX/UI Design: You will develop a wide spectrum of designs for our D2C clients: from individual shop functionalities and social brand presences to the conception of A/B tests. Figma is our go-to tool for user flows, interactive prototypes, and shop concepts. We always design our shop UIs with conversion, usability, and brand fit in mind.

• Client Contact & Consulting: You will regularly interact with clients and stakeholders, explain design decisions in a comprehensible manner, and can actively contribute your own expertise.

• Communication & Project Management: You will be in regular exchange with clients and internal interfaces, coordinate design approvals and feedback, document decisions, and ensure clear priorities, timings, and next steps.

• Workshops & Demos: You will support the content and visual preparation and execution of client meetings, demos, and workshops – and, if necessary, moderate your own design sections.

• UX/UI Trends & Best Practices: You will observe current UX/UI and e-commerce patterns, pay attention to flows, interfaces, and visually appealing design, and directly incorporate this inspiration into your own projects.

IT'S A MATCH, PROVIDED YOU...

• have completed a degree or training in communication/interface design, media design, media informatics, or a related field.

• have initial practical experience in UX/UI design (e.g., internships/working student positions/first job), ideally in an agency or e-commerce environment, and are eager to take on responsibility.

• are proficient in Figma and have excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• are a passionate designer and are never satisfied until you have found the "wow" effect of a visual.

• have already gained initial experience in motion design (After Effects or Premiere).

• are strong communicators and enjoy working regularly with clients – whether in presentations, feedback rounds, or stakeholder management.

• work in a structured manner, enjoy keeping an overview, and coordinate tasks independently (timings, to-dos, approvals).

• want to continuously develop your skills and are eager to learn about various topics and disciplines related to e-commerce.

• have very good German and good English language skills.
