About D-LABS

D-LABS is a user-centered consulting firm in Potsdam/Berlin/Stuttgart that develops digital products and services for well-known customers with a focus on Human-Centered Design, Innovation, and interdisciplinary cooperation.

Tasks

• SUPPORT IN ALL PHASES OF HUMAN-CENTERED DESIGN
• IMPLEMENTATION & GUIDANCE OF QUALITATIVE RESEARCH METHODS (E.G. INTERVIEWS, USABILITY TESTS)
• IDENTIFICATION OF USER NEEDS & DERIVATION OF REQUIREMENTS
• PARTICIPATION IN ITERATIVE VALIDATION OF CONCEPTS & PROTOTYPES
• SUPPORT IN PREPARING SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
• BRAINSTORMING YOUR OWN PERSPECTIVES, SPARRING WITH THE TEAM & PARTICIPATION IN INTERDISCIPLINARY WORKSHOPS

Qualification

• COMPLETED STUDY IN PSYCHOLOGY, HUMAN FACTORS, SOCIOLOGY ETC.
• You have already gained some professional experience in user research in the field of digital products and digitalization
• Ideal would be to have some professional experience in the B2B sector
• You possess solid knowledge of applying qualitative methods
• You are communicative, structured, curious & team-oriented
• You are enthusiastic about processes of Human Centered Design and Design Thinking
• You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
