Junior User Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a motivated Junior User Acquisition Manager to support our growth marketing team by executing hands-on campaign operations across multiple digital advertising platforms. This role is designed to relieve senior team members from time-intensive manual tasks, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives, optimization, and data-driven insights. You will gain foundational experience in campaign management, reporting, and creative asset coordination, with a clear progression path toward independent management of specific ad sources. The position offers exposure to a fast-paced, high-volume environment, providing the opportunity to develop practical skills in user acquisition, digital advertising, and performance marketing.

Accountabilities

• Execute manual campaign operations according to senior team specifications and strategies.
• Set up, configure, duplicate, and optimize campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
• Generate performance reports and campaign summaries to track progress and outcomes.
• Assist with creative asset management, campaign organization, and quality assurance checks.
• Support senior team members with administrative tasks and data compilation.
• Learn platform-specific best practices, tools, and optimization techniques.
• Progress toward independently managing designated ad sources after initial training.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in digital marketing or user acquisition.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently handle repetitive tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management tools.
• Strong communication skills for reporting, collaboration, and feedback.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions while working independently.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with attribution and analytics tools, experience with creative testing and optimization, and knowledge of performance marketing or subscription-based business models.
