As Junior Urban Development Specialist (m/w/d), you will deliver professional, digital feasibility studies to our customers. As part of the Professional Services Team at syte, you will translate urban complexity into legally founded, clearly communicated analyses – with an architectural eye and the right digital tools in hand.

• Feasibility studies from A to Z: You will be responsible for analyzing assignments independently – from the legal review according to §34 BauGB and BauNVO over floor area calculations (GFZ, GRZ, BGF, living space) to the final delivery to the customer.
• Modeling & Visualization: You will develop volume studies and mass studies, including economic calculations and visualizations, and translate results into professional customer documents.
• KI-based Workflows: You will work with digital and AI tools (e.g. Claude) as well as specialized research agents. We automate what can be automated – you focus on professional depth and quality.
• Direct Customer Contact: You will conduct independent kickoff and review meetings with our customers, understand their requirements, and communicate results clearly and persuasively.

Your Profile

• Background: You have a completed (Bachelor-) degree in architecture, urban planning or civil engineering and bring substantial knowledge of German planning law, including §34 BauGB, BauNVO, floor area calculations (GFZ, GRZ, BGF, living space).
• Experiences with Volume Studies: You have been able to create volume studies and volume development during your studies or in initial practical projects using software such as Forma or a similar program.
• Software Knowledge: CAD knowledge (Vectorworks, Archicad, Revit) and Adobe CC for visualizations. Additionally, you bring high AI affinity and learning readiness in the field of AI and software.
• Work Style: You bring a structured, reliable, and independent work style and find yourself well-suited to standardized workflows.
• Customer Orientation & Communication: You have a strong service-oriented understanding and communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Language: You master German written and spoken at the native speaker level (C1/C2). English B2 – desirable.
