We are looking for a new talent Junior Trilingual Operator to join our Assistance team.

What is the main challenge of the position?

• Provide assistance and support to passengers (customer service and activation of service providers in 3 languages);
• Attend to customers with cordiality and security;
• FOLLOW established protocols, scripts, and processes.

Main responsibilities:

Desirable basic knowledge of computer software: office package;

Desirable good interpersonal relationships, proactivity;

Languages required: Portuguese, English (minimum level C1) and Spanish (fluent);

Desirable with English certification.

Education:

Completed high school education, preferably pursuing higher education;

Benefits:

Food allowance: R$ 316.42/month (no discount)

Lunch allowance: R$ 41.75/day (no discount)

Medical and dental assistance from Sul América (titleholder and dependents) with no discount

Internet allowance: R$ 141.16

Nursery allowance: Monthly reimbursement of up to R$ 508.75, as per collective agreement for female employees with children under 5 years and 11 months (subject to presentation of monthly payment receipts)

Schedule:

Hours: 6 hours/day, 5X2 schedule

Work location: São Paulo (hybrid system)
