Our mission is to democratize access to institutional investment knowledge and strategies, previously only available to family offices with +200 million euros minimum capital.

What awaits you

• You will monitor and evaluate market movements to identify opportunities at the stock exchange early on.
• You will support the operational implementation of trading strategies under the guidance of our senior trading team.
• You will create market insights and trade updates for internal use cases and the community.
• You will work closely with the Support, Coaching, and Analysis departments together, and actively support the team.

Qualifikation

What you should bring

• You have 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in coaching and customer support through training, internships or similar activities.
• You have a strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
• You have taken on responsibility for your area of expertise, even if it was outside your comfort zone. You have taken things without hesitation, been result-oriented, and quickly implemented them.
• You learn and develop yourself eagerly, whether in your job, the sector you work in, but also privately! You seek proactive feedback. While keeping an eye on team success.
• You have very good analytical and structural skills to think through scenarios ahead of time. What you thought through, you set up structuredly.
