Junior Ticketing Marketing Manager (d/w/m) I DACH

HYROX - The World Series of Fitness Racing is a global sports event series that was founded in Germany in 2017 and combines running and functional fitness training in a unique competition format. HYROX was founded in Germany in 2017 and is now a worldwide fitness movement with events on five continents, with tens of thousands of athletes participating each season.

As our Junior Ticketing Marketing Manager (d/w/m) DACH, you will support our growing ticketing & marketing team in becoming more data-driven and strategic. You will optimize our workflows and communication along the entire Athlete's Journey. This is the ideal role for an organizational talent who brings a passion for sports, works in a structured manner and is keen to lay the operational basis for our events in the DACH region.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ticketing Operations: You are the interface to our ticketing partner, implement new features and operationally monitor our ticketing platform in the DACH region.
• Strategy & Optimization: Together with the marketing team and the Ticketing Manager DACH, you will evaluate and optimize our ticketing processes and strategies.
• Athlete's Journey & Reporting: You track and monitor the journey of our athletes, create reports for the team and help to better understand the fitness market based on our participant base.
• Communication: You create and implement the athlete newsletter and manage promotion codes for fitness studios and campaigns.
• Customer Service Support: You work closely with our timing & registration partners to resolve customer service inquiries directly in their software.
• On-Site Management: You are responsible for the on-site registration process at the events, plan the personnel and optimize the processes. You are prepared to travel to about 10 events per season

YOUR PROFILE

• Mindset: You have a high affinity for sports and understand the HYROX concept. You are open, strong in communication and work extremely structured and organized.
• Experience: Ideally, you have initial experience in dealing with data.
• Skills: You have good English skills and are confident in using modern software solutions.
• Flexibility: The willingness to travel to around 10 events per season is not a problem for you (very important).
• Working Method: You enjoy working in a team, think along and keep an overview even under operational pressure.
