Junior Test Manager

Summary Work closely with other test leads / managers to ensure that all projects are governed in the same manner. Oversee the entire testing process to ensure software and system quality before release. Adhere to existing test strategies, manage the test resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and reporting on progress and risks. Plan and control testing activities, which can involve automating tests, defining quality goals, and ensuring that all team have a clear understanding of the test strategy. Ensure that all projects are aligned with company's overall testing strategy. Coordinate with other teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process. Identify and report on potential risks and issues related to testing. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports. Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects. Provide guidance and support to junior testers. Ensure that all testing activities are documented and tracked. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that testing is aligned with their needs.
