Our client is a regionally active and medium-sized real estate company with a focus on the commercial and technical management of residential and commercial properties. For our location in Hamburg, we are looking for a Technical Object Leader (m/w/d) who can take on additional responsibility in leading a small team (approx. 2-3 employees) in the medium term.

The position is to be filled full-time (40 hours per week) and is an open-ended employment contract. The company offers flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, an attractive remuneration package as well as a company car.

Aufgaben

• Technical care and control of residential and commercial properties
• Safeguarding the ongoing technical operation of objects and operational participation in daily business
• Steering and coordination of external service providers, subcontractors, and contract partners
• Contact person for property owners and tenants on all technical matters
• Planning, monitoring, and steering of maintenance and repair measures
• Participation in budget planning as well as implementation of measures to optimize costs and revenue
• Perspective: taking over leadership responsibility for a small team including professional guidance and further development of employees

Qualifikation

• Completed technical training with further education to Master / Technician or technical studies with corresponding degree
• First relevant work experience in technical object care / building management
• First leadership experience or clear motivation to take on responsibility for a small team
• Knowledge of the technical management of residential and/or commercial properties
• Safe handling of MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Driver's license Class B
