Vacancy description
- You are responsible for the preventive and curative maintenance of technical installations in one of our Flemish hotels.
- You solve technical problems independently, and for more complex problems and malfunctions, you seek a solution together with the hotel engineer.
- You ensure correct follow-up on your interventions, document them, and provide feedback.
- You help keep technical files and plans up-to-date.
- You help develop correct work instructions and procedures and elevate in-house technical know-how to a higher level.
- You resolve technical complaints from guests.
- You take the initiative to make tasks more efficient and optimize service to the guest.
