(Junior) Technical Sales Manager (m/w/d) C&I Batteriespeichersysteme

We are an innovative company in the field of energy and storage technologies and support commercial and industrial customers in planning, realizing, and operating modern battery storage solutions. As part of the RCT Group, we bring a long-standing experience and a global expert network in the area of renewable energies with us.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager (m/w/d) who combines technical expertise, customer focus, and entrepreneurial thinking.

Tasks

· Technical and economic design of commercial and industrial battery storage systems (C&I)

· Analysis of load profiles, energy market data, and customer requirements for optimal system dimensioning

· Preparation of technical concepts, offers, and cost calculations

· Conducting customer conversations, presentations, and technical consultations

· Close cooperation with engineering, product management, and project teams

· Support of the sales process from lead qualification to successful contract conclusion and handover to the project team

· Observation of market and technology developments in the energy storage area

Qualification

· Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in electrical engineering, energy engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or comparable qualification

· Experience in technical sales, ideally in the field of battery storage, PV, EMS or energy solutions is an advantage.

· Knowledge of energy systems, electric infrastructure and storage technologies

· Willingness to learn tools for load analysis and system design and work with them

· Customer- and solution-oriented working style

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Verhandlungssicheres German and good English
