(Junior) Technical Consultant Digital Business (m/f/d)

Tasks

You will work in a team of Technical Consultants and Developers who focus on our solution for digitalization and document management.

Your main task will be the interface between the end customer and development. You will be in regular contact with our customers on a project level.

Your focus areas:

• Onboarding customers onto our solutions

• Supporting and accompanying our customers through all project phases, including after GoLive

• Supporting sales with product demos and requirements gathering

• Supporting the development team with deployments, quality management, and tool development, as well as other development activities if applicable

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent

• Initiative and analytical, structured approach

• Quick comprehension, even with new topics

• Ability to present complex contexts simply

• Interest in regulatory and security-related requirements

Technical Skills

• Windows/Linux server, network, and security fundamentals

• Kubernetes and Docker are advantageous

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, as well as OracleDB and MS SQL Server

• Experience with log analysis, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and comprehensible description of errors for the development team

• Basic project management skills are advantageous
