Your Position

• You are responsible for answering technical questions from our Heartbeat Tech Heroes, installers, partners, and B2C Support Teams.
• You serve as a technical link between colleagues on site and the product development team.
• You identify software and hardware errors or potential for improvement based on feedback. You support the departments in resolving these issues or further developing our hard- and software.
• You support us in continuously optimizing and further developing all support processes.
• You document, analyze, and communicate all incoming inquiries. If you identify a system-wide error, you are also responsible for documenting/administering it in the Service Portal so that end customers and partners can be proactively informed.

Your Profile

• You bring at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably as an intern or trainee, in the field of electrical engineering/energy technology, automation technology, computer science (system integration), or a comparable qualification.
• You are familiar with photovoltaic modules, inverters, battery storage systems, network technology, and IoT systems, or you can quickly learn about these topics.
• You are a master of the 'Try-and-Error' principle and have a passion for finding errors until you identify their source.
• You are communicative and enjoy helping people and changing things, explaining complex processes in a way that is understandable to everyone.
• You speak fluent German (C-level) and very good English.
