For our team at hey contact heroes, we are looking for an experienced personality as Junior Team Lead Outbound Telesales (m/f/d) as soon as possible. In this role, you will take over the operational management of a sales team and, together with your employees, ensure that goals are not only pursued but also achieved.

Tasks

• You will take over the technical and operational leadership of an outbound telesales team
• You will manage and develop your team based on relevant sales KPIs and targets
• You will conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and call analyses
• You will motivate your team and support your employees in continuously developing their sales skills
• You will identify optimization potentials and derive corresponding measures
• You will ensure high quality, productivity, and goal achievement in day-to-day business
• You will work closely with Operations and other internal contacts

Qualifications

Important: We require relevant prior experience for this position.

• At least 6 months of experience as a team leader, coach, or in a comparable leadership role in Sales/Outbound, or at least 12 months of experience as an Outbound Agent
• In-depth experience in telesales or telephone sales
• A strong understanding of sales metrics and performance management
• Enjoy leading, motivating, and developing people
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach to work
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Residency in Germany
