Job description
Telemedi is a healthcare protection company, employing programmers, doctors, and experts from other fields to create modern solutions that simplify patients' lives. Our goal is to use technology to ensure that everyone has easy and immediate access to medical care. As a Junior Team Leader of the Customer Service Team, you will co-create innovations in the telemedicine and insurance industry with us. We are looking for someone:
- with experience in a CC environment
- with excellent organizational skills and time management
- with excellent communication and empathy skills
- knowledge of the medical industry is a plus
- conducting quick and effective recruitment
- conducting quality control meetings
- controlling CC work
- reporting to other departments
- at least one year of experience in a similar position in a CC environment (Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Consultant)
- systematic and disciplined approach to tasks
- ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly developing environment
- ability to analyze reports (positive attitude towards working with data)
- good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel)
- knowledge of English is a plus
