About the Role

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (w/m/d), you will directly join our Full-Cycle Recruiting team, take on real responsibility from the start, and work with modern tools and high-quality diagnostic methods. We are looking for someone who wants to develop professionally and understand talent acquisition in depth as well as its strategic influence on company success, and who grows and celebrates successes together with us in a growing scale-up environment.

Your Tasks

• Full-Cycle Recruiting for various departments – from requirement analysis to final selection
• Eigenständiges Active Sourcing on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, including identification, approach, and qualification of talents
• Planning, Organization, and Participation in Job Fairs, as well as post-event follow-up
• Bauing and Maintenance of University Cooperation (Campus Recruiting, presence at university days, targeted measures)
• Professional Candidate Care throughout the entire process and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Coordination with Hiring Managers and regular exchange on job requirements, market conditions, and process progress
• Maintenance of the Applicant Management System (e.g. Personio) and ensuring structured data management
• Participation in Recruiting Projects, e.g., process improvements or target group analyses
