Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Position

We are looking for someone who can effectively acquire talent, build partner relationships with managers, and independently manage recruitment processes. This role is for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, seeks solutions, and has a real impact on decisions regarding people within the organization.

Your Scope of Responsibilities

• Independent management of recruitment processes for specialist and managerial positions

• Active candidate sourcing using a variety of recruitment methods and sources

• Conducting recruitment interviews and recommending the best candidates

• Building and maintaining partner relationships with managers and supporting them in making recruitment decisions

• Participation in the design and implementation of candidate and employee competency assessment processes

• Preparing recommendations and summaries to support decision-making processes

• Ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process

• Monitoring labor market trends and implementing new solutions to support recruitment effectiveness

• Participation in projects related to the development of HR processes and talent acquisition

Our Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in independently managing recruitment processes

• Experience in active candidate sourcing using various sourcing methods

• Ability to build partner relationships with managers and business stakeholders

• Good work organization and ability to effectively manage priorities

• Autonomy in action and initiative in seeking solutions

• Knowledge of current trends and tools supporting recruitment

• Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

• Readiness to acquire new competencies and develop skills

• Category B driving license

Nice to Have

• Higher education in psychology, sociology, or human resource management

• Experience in implementing projects related to competency and potential assessment

• Experience in conducting workshops or presentations for managers

• Knowledge of tools supporting competency assessment
