Junior Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist

Luxury Brand is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist. You’ll have the chance to support the HR Business Partner in all recruiting and operational activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the recruiting process for all the HQ functions: job postings, CV screening, phone interviews, schedule meetings with HR Business Partner and line managers Build and nurture talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and proactive outreach, ensuring a strong bench for current and future business needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, and provide regular updates to the HR Business Partner and hiring managers. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging internal networks, job boards, social media, and professional associations. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans. Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, clear job descriptions, and a seamless application process.
