Junior Systems Engineer - Contract

We are seeking a motivated Junior Systems Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience in Tier 2 support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 support for system-related issues across the organization.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments (M365 non-negotiable).
• Support and administer Windows Server environments.
• Assist with Dell storage systems and backup solutions.
• Monitor and maintain virtual infrastructure using VMware.
• Support Cisco UCS systems and assist with routing and switching.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Dell storage and backup technologies.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization.
• Exposure to Cisco UCS and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
