(Junior) System Administrator (m/w/d)

From our base in Munich, we support more than 1,600 practicing doctors and customers from other healthcare professions. To strengthen our internal IT team, we are looking for a motivated and skilled specialist as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Processing user requests (1st and 2nd level support for more than 60 users)
• User administration (Active Directory in hybrid setup and LDAP)
• Configuration of virtual Windows and Linux servers
• Participation in projects (concept, negotiating with suppliers, implementation, budget planning)
• Documented instructions for users

Qualification

• A minimum of two years' professional experience as an IT all-rounder in the IT department of a medium-sized company and experience in IT support/helpdesk
• SUCCESSFULLY completed technical vocational training (e.g., as a computer scientist, information technician or IT system electronics) or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of server administration (Windows Server, group policies, Linux servers), network technology (firewall, VPN), VoIP telephone system (Swyx CloudTK) and MS Exchange Online is necessary
• Knowledge in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, PHP), basic knowledge in SQL databases (Postgres and MySQL/MariaDB) and virtualization (Virsh/KVM) is desirable
• Friendly and sovereign treatment of our employees, even in slightly more stressful situations
• High service orientation and a solution-oriented working style
• Analytical thinking and good communication skills
• Negotiation-safe German language skills in writing and speaking (at least Level C1) and fluent English language skills (Level B2)
