Een IT Support Engineer in een 24/7 shift systeem biedt technische ondersteuning en probleemoplossing voor hardware-, software- en netwerkproblemen, zowel op afstand als op locatie. Deze diagnosticeert problemen, implementeert oplossingen en onderhoudt systemen om soepele IT-operaties te garanderen.
