Junior Support Engineer (f/m/d) - SAP Access - Apprenticeship

Our SAP Access team is looking for a SAP Authorization - Apprentice (f/m/d) on an Apprenticeship Contract (3 years) based in Villeneuve-d'Ascq (Decathlon Digital Upline)

Within the Cross Engineering Value Chain domain, the SAP Authorization team guarantees the security, compliance, and smooth functioning of access at the heart of Decathlon's information system. Composed of passionate experts, our team manages role models and authorizations for all users internationally. Our daily challenge: support Decathlon's digital transformation — particularly the transition to S/4HANA — by ensuring secure, agile, and rigorous access management.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

Supported by your tutor, you will actively participate in all team activities on a daily basis:

• Operational Management of SAP Roles: Participate in the creation, modification, and maintenance of SAP authorization roles and profiles.
• User Support: Process access requests and support related to SAP authorizations, ensuring quality of service.
• SAP Access Projects: Contribute to cross-functional projects related to the governance and deployment of application access.
• S/4HANA Transition: Participate in strategic authorization initiatives related to the migration to S/4HANA and the control of critical access.
• Security & Compliance: Assist in the application of IT security rules and Segregation of Duties controls.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) from an Engineering School or University with a specialization in IT, IS, or Cybersecurity.
• You have a genuine curiosity for the SAP ecosystem and software architecture challenges.
• You possess an initial understanding or a strong interest in access management, data security, and compliance.
• You have proficiency in professional English (spoken and written) to navigate our international environment with ease.
• You demonstrate rigor, logical thinking, and good communication skills.

TECHNICAL STACK

• SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA (Authorization management: PFCG, SU24, SU53)
• SAP GRC Access Control / Identity Access Solutions
• Ticketing & Collaboration: ServiceNow, JIRA
