Job description
- Operate and monitor global IT services, with a focus on servers, storage, backup, and cloud-based solutions.
- Oversee and ensure the support process for IT solutions, whether on-premises or in the cloud.
- Identify and initiate escalation procedures and prioritize support activities.
- Handle troubleshooting, incident resolution, configuration tasks, alerts, and service requests related to global IT infrastructure and cloud services.
- Support the integration of services into the Cloud platform and manage their operation.
- Address issues, incidents, configurations, alerts, and service requests for global IT services, both on-premises and cloud-based.
