University degree in logistics, business, systems, or a related field; initial experience in supply chain or planning is an advantage. Strong analytical mindset and confidence in working with data and KPIs. Very good command of English (C1) and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP/APO or data tools is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, with strong organizational and time‑management skills. Team‑oriented approach, eagerness to learn, and a drive for continuous improvement are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex supply chain processes, identify areas of improvement, and develop effective solutions.
