Junior Supply Chain Engineer - Operations (M/F)

Within the Supply Chain team based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, we are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Engineer – Operations on a permanent contract (CDI). You will be the point of contact for our warehouses in France and the United States, and the reference for physical operations: rework, repackaging, value-added operations, and B2B and B2C returns. In collaboration with the Sales Administration, Planning, Quality, and Customer Service teams, as well as with our colleagues in the United States and China, you will ensure the reliability of these flows, and assess their performance and costs.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Warehouses and Inventory

• Be the point of contact for our warehouses in France, the United States, and Asia, and ensure compliance with processes.
• Guarantee inventory accuracy: cycle and quarterly inventories, 3PL / ERP reconciliation, dormant stock management.
• Implement value-added operations: rework, kitting, customization.

2. Returns and Repackaging

• Manage B2B and B2C returns, and harmonize processes between Europe, the United States, and Asia.
• Oversee the refurbishing chain (diagnosis, quality tests, stocking) and spare parts management.

3. Performance and Costs

• Track operational KPIs (inventory, lead times, returns, carriers) and produce the monthly report.
• Analyze logistics costs, control provider invoicing, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

4. Automation and Processes

• Automate data flows with our service providers (Python, API, Shopify Flow) and maintain the team's dashboards.
• Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) specialized in Supply Chain or from an engineering school or equivalent.
• First experience (internship, work-study, or 0 to 2 years) in logistics, warehousing, or operations.
• You are proficient in Excel, know how to work with SQL and analyze databases; knowledge of Python is a real asset.
• You understand how an ERP and WMS work, and you are comfortable with IT tools (Office Suite, Google Suite, AI).
• Fluent professional English: you will work daily with service providers and colleagues in Europe, the United States, and Asia.
• Rigor, proactivity, autonomy, organizational skills, and adaptability: you are a proposer and driver of improvement.
• You have strong interpersonal skills to move projects forward with external partners and various internal teams.
