Job description Your responsibilities: - Supporting the Store Manager in coaching and guiding the team, from onboarding to achieving targets. - Actively working in the sale of our broad range of electronic devices (mobile phones, gaming, washing machines, TVs, kitchen appliances) and related services and accessories. - Functioning as a point of contact for your colleagues and customers, and contributing to a motivating work atmosphere. - Ensuring a well-groomed presentation of the store and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. - Participating in inventory management and stock control. - Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and optimize store performance. - Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and trends. - Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. - Zorgen voor een verzorgde presentatie van het winkelgedeelte en het onderhouden van een schoon en georganiseerd werkruimte. - Deelnemen aan inventarisbeheer en stockcontrole. - Samenwerken met de Store Manager om verkoopdoelstellingen te bereiken en het winkelgedrag te optimaliseren. - Leveren excellent klantenservice en waarborgen klanttevredenheid. - Het onderhouden van een hoog niveau aan productkennis en het blijven bij opnieuw producten en trends.
