- Familiarity with MS Office package;
- Knowledge of operational processes (punching, management, fiscal documents);

- Availability for a schedule that includes working hours and weekends (2 weekends/month).

Activity will take place in retail, on IQOS Island in Voluntari.

Administrative responsibilities:
- Inventory management, stocktaking, and transfers between locations;
- Introducing new products into the system and ensuring a corresponding Visual Merchandising;
- Implementing promotional campaigns and maintaining store cleanliness;
- Managing documents: process verbal, invoices, cash register, accounts payable;
- Verifying and updating necessary documents for the legal operation of the location;
- Scheduling responsible SSM and PSI to arrive at new hires.
- Coordinating a team of 2 Brand Retail Advisors;
- Onboarding new colleagues and organizing job interviews;
- Managing hiring and termination processes;
- Scheduling the work program for the Brand Retail Advisor team;
- Organizing monthly meetings and quarterly evaluations.
Activity will take place in retail, on IQOS Island in Voluntari.
