Junior Stock Controller Location: Strand / Helderberg Industrial Park, Western Cape Company: Rein Oil Employment Type: Full-Time About Rein Oil Rein Oil is a leading supplier of edible oils and related products to restaurants, takeaways, food service providers, and national franchises across South Africa. Position Overview Rein Oil is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Stock Controller to join our team. As the first point of contact for stock-related queries, you will be responsible for ensuring that all stock movements are accurately recorded and reported. This includes receiving and processing stock deliveries, conducting regular stock counts, and identifying any discrepancies or irregularities. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of stock levels, including tracking inventory, monitoring stock rotation, and performing cycle counts. In addition, you will assist in the preparation of monthly stock reports and provide support to the warehouse team as needed. Requirements: - Matriculation with a relevant qualification (e.g., BCom or equivalent) - 1-2 years' experience in a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel - Familiarity with inventory management systems an advantage Benefits: - Competitive salary - Comprehensive benefits package - Ongoing training and development opportunities - Collaborative and dynamic work environment
