Junior Staff Accountant

Role type: Full-time, fully remote Salary: $1,000-1,200 USD/month Position Overview: The client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Staff Accountant to join their finance team. Reporting to the Senior Staff Accountant, the Junior Staff Accountant will play a critical role in managing and reconciling financial transactions for almost 200 restaurant chain operations. This position involves overseeing reconciliations for cash, credit cards, third-party delivery services (e.g., UberEats), and other payment methods. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include: • Managing and reconciling financial transactions for multiple restaurant locations • Analyzing and investigating discrepancies in financial data • Collaborating with the Senior Staff Accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders • Staying current with changing regulations and industry standards.
