Tasks

• Your main tasks include managing and maintaining all information stocks
• A significant part of your job is checking data stocks at fixed intervals and updating them
• You will also revise existing database structures and develop them further as needed
• Your task profile includes conceiving creative approaches to transfer existing forms from the current system into a digital format, enhancing their functionality, and ensuring intuitive usability and seamless integration into workflows
• Your tasks are rounded off by the technical implementation of digital forms and testing – with special emphasis on intuitive usability and seamless integration into workflows

Qualification

• A completed education in the field of (Economic) Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Curiosity and basic knowledge about digitalizing business processes and forms, with
• Good analytical skills and an organized and meticulous approach
• Solid German language skills (C1)
• You work well together with others and cultivate open, respectful communication
