Job description
Currently, we are looking for a Junior Specialist/ Specialist for Payroll to join our team in BPO. The job will be based in Warsaw (hybrid work - 1 day a week from the office).
The main tasks of this position will include:
- Paying salaries and preparing payrolls
- Preparing accounting documents and notifications in Płatnik
- Paying holidays, calculating absences
- Servicing civil law contracts
- Familiarity with the rules for hiring foreigners
- Collaboration with external institutions
- Preparing documentation for ZUS, GUS, US
- Recording and settling employee working hours
