Aufgaben

What awaits you?

• In your role as a junior, you will benefit from our knowledge and be actively accompanied, build on first experiences, and continuously develop your expertise
• You will work closely with colleagues in exciting customer projects and take over initial responsibility for projects
• You will work with colleagues from various departments in an international agency network together
• You are actively involved in the conception, planning, and implementation of SEA campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
• You stand in close customer contact and lead strategic recommendations
• You plan customer workshops and conduct them
• Through monitoring and analysis, you ensure success and show optimization potential
• You are in exchange, work with colleagues from various departments together, and guide customers through a comprehensive consideration for success
• You bring your ideas to improve our workflows and processes actively into play

Qualifikation

What should you bring?

• First professional experience, ideally in the agency field
• Passion, motivation, and curiosity for online marketing
• Very good analytical skills and enjoyment of deriving strategies from numbers
• Sense for current trends and enthusiasm for digital topics
• First experience and professional appearance in customer communication
• Experience in project management, especially in collaboration with customers
• Very good English knowledge
• Good Excel skills
• High motivation and willingness to learn
• Reliable and self-responsible working style
