- Familiarity with consumer law regulations (statutory withdrawal, warranty, guarantee, inconsistency with the agreement);
- Good knowledge of MS Office package;
- Ability to organize work, responsibility and accuracy;
- Observational skills and communicativeness;
- Willingness to learn, self-reliance and ability to work in a team;
- Openness and ease of establishing contacts;
- Familiarity with the SAP system will be an additional asset.
