Through Certus Group, you will work with municipalities on challenges that lie within the Spatial Domain. This includes tasks such as maintaining regional accessibility, urban densification, and housing development. You stand alone in growing into this role because from our training program, we help you to fully own this role. In 24 months, you will flow through Certus Group to a strategic process officer for the spatial domain.

The training program consists of a combination of theory, practice, self-study, coaching, and intervision. Both vocational and process-advisory skills are central here. As a professional, you will start working almost immediately with one of our municipal clients. We combine learning in practice with a client and personal development and training through Certus Group.

• You go through the program together with fellow trainees. You meet each other during the training days and outside during our social events;
• You draw from our network of specialists, trainers, and advisors who help you on your way;
• You start working at a public organization, while also working on your own development in the form of training, coaching, and intervision;
• You follow 5 training sessions over advisory-process and networking skills worth more than €10,000 during the 24-month period;
• In addition, you work in group and individually on current issues within municipalities and conduct network conversations with government professionals from the field;
• You are guided by your supervisor and advisor from Certus Group. During the training program, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences with fellow trainees and specialists from the field through coaching, intervision, and workshops. This gives you a better grip on practice and your own development.
