• Support the Head Chef in the daily organization and management of the kitchen
• Co-responsibility for smooth operation in all kitchen areas
• Responsibility for own station
• Involvement in menu creation, gourmet evenings, and buffets
• Control and ensure our quality and hygiene standards
• Inventory management and careful handling of food
• Guiding, motivating, and supporting the kitchen team
• Participation in the further development of our culinary offerings
• Very good German language skills

• Completed training as a chef
• Several years of professional experience in upscale hotel or gastronomy
• Enjoyment of high-quality cuisine and creative work
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and reliability
• Structured and clean way of working
• Resilience and a high level of quality awareness
• Motivation to improve daily together with the team
